Minority, Women,
& Local Business Opportunities
The Port Authority is invested in developing minority, women-owned, local, Queens-based, and small business enterprises, as well as connecting them with contracting opportunities at the LaGuardia Redevelopment Program, including the AirTrain LGA project. These projects all have a nation leading utilization goal rate of 30% for MWBE participation. For participation, MWBE firms are required to be certified by the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey and/ or NYS Empire State Development.
Terminal B Contracting Opportunities
LaGuardia Gateway Partners is the operator and developer of the new state-of-the-art Terminal B at LaGuardia. The LGP team is committed to fostering growth and independence in our communities and is actively seeking certified MWBE’s to help build and operate the new terminal. Opportunities exist in design and construction, professional services, operations and maintenance and in airport concessions (ACDBEs). Terminal C Contracting Opportunities
Delta Air Lines is building a new, state-of-the-art home at LaGuardia Airport. Building on the $2 billion Delta has invested in New York over the past seven years, the airline will develop, construct, operate and maintain a new terminal to replace Terminals C and D.
